Anthropologie-Inspired Wedding Styled Shoot

If bohemian vibes and distinctively adorable elements are part of your ideal wedding, you'll swoon over this Anthropologie-inspired wedding-styled shoot. Nancy of Functions Pittsburgh created a feminine, contemporary, and whimsical editorial while drawing inspiration from Anthro's Valerie Pied-A-Terra sofa. The sofa's delicate bird design and color scheme of hunter green, blush pink, and soft blue would become prominent elements in the different scenes Nancy created. From the live-edge wooden side tables that resembled branches to the finely sculpted sugar bird that adorned that gorgeous dessert from Alex Robba Cake, these organic features lovingly softened the shoot's appearance. Your attention will be captured by the stunning flowers from May Chester Design, including a range of blush pink and white blooms, pink feathers, and abundant foliage. Nancy, who never overlooked a detail, opted for Hayley Paige's tea rose Ricci gown, which was complemented with gorgeous natural curls styled by Glam to Go and radiant makeup. There was much to fawn over: hunter-green taper candles, breezy silk linens, deckled edge stationery, and a tiered tassel chandelier over the tablecloth. Because you will want to appreciate every tiny detail, take your time scrolling through these photos by Liz Capuano Photography. Believe us.

About the Shoot

Anthro fans' fantasies come true with this well-styled photo shoot. To create a genuinely distinctive look, we collaborated with Anthropologie Home Outlet, combining subtle touches with the bohemian charm that Anthro is known for. The purpose of Liz Capuano Photography was to document all of the distinctly lovely features.

We often advise couples to look beyond the box for design ideas, and the Valerie Pied-A-Terre sofa was our inspiration. We adored the gorgeous tapestry design and the retro atmosphere this piece offered. The design's lovely birds guided our color scheme, which included pink, rust, green, and sky blue. To make our bridal look as striking as the sofa, we chose the incredibly glamorous Hayley Paige Ricci gown and accessorized it with feather-decorated Charles David heels. Our model's natural hair, which our partners at Glam to Go expertly groomed with a side part, looked stunning with the hairpiece.

A genuine bird Alex Robba created was featured on his drool-worthy cake, along with beautiful sugar flowers that complemented the flowers that the incredibly brilliant May Chester Designs had placed.

We love anything that can be used for multiple wedding functions; it's a terrific way for couples to save money and still enjoy their favorite features from the ceremony to the reception! We could switch the ceremony florals and use the Live-Edge Drum Side Tables as regular side tables in our lounge instead of floral risers for our wedding photos.
