Navy Blue & Plum Wedding Inspiration

Recently, navy blue has become popular with me. I didn't get a lot of gorgeous overload until I decided to wear it with a rich purple color. Hopefully, this plum and navy blue wedding inspiration will make you feel the same. Dark blue is neutral, but plum adds more flair to the combination. Warm, rich, and dramatic, both hues can be combined to create various wedding-day styles. Imagine your girls wearing plum dresses and your men wearing navy blue suits, which are trendy now. Or dress the men in gray tuxes for a more traditional style, letting their ties and other accessories bring off the navy/plum combination. Your bridesmaids could then carry dark purple flowers and wear navy gowns. For the other half of this palette, consider plum-hued calla lilies and dahlias with blue thistle. Despite being a stunning combination, navy and plum might border on being too dark. I suggest adding another shade because of this. For a lighter look, use neutrals like ivory or taupe; for brighter accents, use chartreuse green or pink hues. Navy and plum are great combinations, no matter how you style it!
